Registration/Cancellation Questions

What is the registration fee?

DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIR TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?

No. All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

ARE GROUP RATES AVAILABLE?

We are currently offering a BUY FOUR, GET ONE FREE package. Please contact your account rep or sdevents@siriusdecisions.com for details. For additional information on ticket pricing, please visit our Pricing page.

WILL ATTENDEES RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR REGISTRATION?

Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.

WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE CONFERENCE FEE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also are able to process tickets via Invoice. You can purchase tickets via credit card or invoice by clicking on REGISTER and following the prompts.

IS MY RESERVATION TRANSFERABLE?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until 25 September 2017. To transfer your registration, please email our events team.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
31 – 100 days prior to event: 100% refund
16 – 30 days prior to event: 50% refund
0 – 15 days prior to event: 0% refund

Hotel/Travel/Venue Questions

IS THERE A DISCOUNTED RATE AT THE HOST HOTEL?

Yes, SiriusDecisions has secured a discounted room rate at our host hotel, the Hilton London Metropole. Reservations can be booked here at the discounted rate of £199/night exclusive of VAT. Please note that this rate is available on a limited basis so we recommend you book your hotel room as early as possible.

WHAT ARE THE DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL?

HOW SHOULD I DRESS?

Business casual attire is appropriate for all functions at SiriusDecisions 2017 Summit Europe.

WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT IF I HAVE SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS OR FOOD ALLERGIES?

Please email sdevents@siriusdecisions.com and include your full name, company name, dates of your stay at the Hilton London Metropole, and your dietary needs or allergies. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

WHAT IS THE SIRIUSDECISIONS 2017 SUMMIT EUROPE HASHTAG?

HOW WILL I GAIN ACCESS TO THE VARIOUS EVENTS, KEYNOTES AND BREAKOUTS?

Your conference badge and nametag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY BADGE?

If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged £100 for the replacement badge.
