DOES THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDE AIR TRANSPORTATION AND HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
No. All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

WILL ATTENDEES RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF THEIR REGISTRATION?
Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE CONFERENCE FEE?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also are able to process tickets via Invoice. You can purchase tickets via credit card or invoice by clicking on REGISTER and following the prompts.
IS MY RESERVATION TRANSFERABLE?
Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company until 25 September 2017. To transfer your registration, please email our events team.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?
Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
31 – 100 days prior to event: 100% refund
16 – 30 days prior to event: 50% refund
0 – 15 days prior to event: 0% refund
