Caroline is an accomplished b-to-b global marketing director and commercial leader with 15 years of experience in FTSE 100 multinational environments. Based in the London area, she is passionate about modernizing b-to-b marketing – transforming it into a recognizable strategic growth function capable of delivering measurable value through a process she calls the “commercialization of marketing.” Caroline has expertise in driving marketing-led strategic change, tackling complex market and organizational challenges, creating cultures for marketing success, integrating global and regional acquisitions, and developing and implementing international marketing and branding strategies. She instinctively understands marketing and its dynamics and has a strong track record in helping businesses align marketing structure and strategy with the wider corporate strategy.
Before joining SiriusDecisions, Caroline held a number of global and European leadership roles across the advanced manufacturing sector, primarily for IMI plc. In her last role as global marketing director, Caroline led a major global restructuring and rebranding change management process post-acquisition, successfully merging the sales and marketing organizations of three previously autonomous businesses under a new aligned brand strategy and unified organizational structure. This integration significantly enhanced the company’s ability to cross-sell its full product portfolio while strengthening average margins.
Prior to this role, Caroline was business development director for the Central and Eastern European division of IMI, spanning 23 diverse countries, and general manager for four growth markets. During her tenure, Caroline created the marketing and commercial strategy, infrastructure, teams, and processes capable of driving the growth of the region.
Caroline holds an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School and a BA (2:1) in politics from the University of York.
